There is so much to see and do in the local area Aira Force waterfalls are well worth a visit as is the Rheged Centre with its exhibitions pottery soft play family theatre shops and cafes. A short drive will also enable you to head into the Lakes for the day and take a trip on the Ullswater steamers. The Eden Valley is blissfully distracting from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Local villages nearby offer pubs bakeries tea rooms and independent shops. Right from your door walkers and cyclists will be in their element with the Coast to Coast path close by and just a short drive to Pooley Bridge and Ullswater Lake. This stunning lodge is the perfect place to getaway and enjoy luxury comforts. As soon as you enter the open-plan living space you will see the detail and expense the owners have gone to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge boasts a sofa and two armchairs tucked around a flame effect electric fire with wall mounted Smart TV along with a built-in speaker system via Bluetooth. The kitchen is stylish with all you need to cook up a feast for any meal. There is a gas hob and electric oven dishwasher fridge/freezer washer/dryer and microwave. Head on down the hall where you will find the comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom houses a king-size bed with wall mounted TV and plenty of storage space. There is also an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Also off the hall is the twin room with wall mounted TV and main bathroom with shower over bath with WC. The decking area has been tastefully created to reflect comfort with seating area and your own private hot tub so you can enjoy those lovely evenings with a drink under the stars. There is private parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin room. 1 en suite shower room with shower and WC and 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Smart TV and built in Bluetooth speaker system in lounge and TV's in both bedrooms. Private parking for 2 cars. Decking with seating. BBQ Stand (please provide own BBQ). Private hot tub. Welcome pack and toiletries provided. Towels not included (can be hired from owner on arrival at a charge of 15 for the lodge). Paddock space available for horses at an additional charge (please ask on booking). This property can only be booked as a standalone property and not in conjunction with a larger group booking involving other properties on site..
