South Beach is a mile and a half of golden sands with part of the beach being dog-friendly all year round. The town centre and its array of shops bars and restaurants can be reached in under 200 yards offering plenty to keep the family entertained. The iconic harbour can be reached via the beach or town centre. Here you can enjoy fresh local seafood or take a boat trip out to Caldey Island. Enter this ground floor apartment and through the hallway you will find a generously proportioned open-plan lounge kitchen and diner. Keen walkers will adore the breathtaking views from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path where you can hike the 5-mile route to enchanting Saundersfoot spotting basking seals and secret bays on your way. Located amongst the pretty streets this fantastic property is an excellent base for families. This welcoming maisonette is set across the second and third floors of an impressive building. Accessed via a shared entrance yet guaranteed privacy it is the ideal haven for eight guests and two dogs seeking a traditional seaside holiday. Dust off the sand and step inside ready to relax with a glass of wine and a good film in the lounge or simply admire the views of the sea. The kitchen/diner is perfectly equipped for family meals around the table and has two electric cookers microwave fridge/freezer a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Both first-floor double bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms Smart TV s and glimpses of the sea. The two twin bedrooms on the second floor with sloping ceilings also have sea views. The property is located in Tenby just half a mile from the historic town walls and town centre. The town has an excellent selection of independent and high street shops cafes bars and restaurants to choose from and has become a real foodie destination over the past few years. In terms of beaches you really are spoiled for choice in Tenby. The nearest would be North Beach (0.6 miles) which enjoys a large expanse of golden sand and links up to the iconic harbour and Harbour Beach. You can also try out Castle Beach at the bottom of town and South Beach which is dog-friendly in parts all year round. If you re a fan of golf head to the local golf club (1.3 miles) where the course enjoys unrivalled views of the coast. As you enter the apartment you are welcomed into a hallway corridor with room for your shoes coats and bags leading into the main living space. The luxurious open plan lounge and diner has a three-seater sofa and separate snuggle chair centred around the wall mounted TV - perfect to curl up and relax after a day exploring the coast. There s a dining table for four offering an excellent space to enjoy with friends or as a couple. The contemporary kitchen sits adjacent to the lounge diner and offers all you could need to rustle up a meal during your stay or prepare a picnic for on-the-go. Head back into the hallway corridor and you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom suite enjoys a king-size bed walk-in closet wall mounted TV and modern en-suite shower room with corner shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed a wall mounted TV and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have been finished with high quality bed linen adding to over all feeling of luxury in this apartment. Completing the apartment is a an additional shower room serving the second bedroom with walk-in shower. The garden is accessed via the double patio doors in the lounge leading out onto a generous patio terrace with outdoor dining furniture - perfect for dining alfresco or relaxing with a cool drink after a day out. There is a lawn surrounding the terrace and a further grassed area down 3 external steps. The property is accessed by a set of steps with a very gradual inclination which lead down into the garden. The steps are gated in order to keep the garden fully enclosed for pets. This charming apartment is the perfect location for a family that want a seaside holiday with all the home comforts and the opportunity to get away with their four-legged companion. This is an opportunity to explore Tenby and the countryside around it. Overlooking the South beach with views of Caldey Island you can spend long afternoons sunbathing and enjoying walks on the beach. Take strolls between Castle Beach and South Beach for views of St Catherine s Island or hop on the ferry from the harbour to Caldey Island where Priory Bay Beach is a Mediterranean-style haven. Colby Woodland Garden is a peaceful place for dog walks as is Pembroke Castle. If you want an active holiday head to Coppet Hall Beach where Good Trails offer stand-up paddleboarding lessons. Access to the property is via a shared entrance with stairs that lead to the first floor where the apartment is located. Upon entering this south facing apartment there is an entrance hall leading to an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge area there is a smart TV with comfortable sofas which make for a peaceful place to relax with outstanding far views over the South beach. In the dining area you can eat at the dining table that s perfect for four with un interrupted views. The compact kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine microwave and fridge/freezer. Guests will find everything they need to cook up a storm perfect to enjoy a delicious meal. There are two bedrooms one double and one twin. The huge expanse of golden sand is popular all year round with locals and visitors alike. Take a walk along the beach and you will end up at the town s iconic harbour where you can sample some freshly caught seafood or book a day trip around Caldey Island by boat. The walled town centre (500 metres) has an excellent selection of bars cafes restaurants and shops to keep you entertained with many places being dog friendly. As you enter the cottage you are welcomed into an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge space has a cosy two-seater sofa bed and a separate loveseat centred around the Smart TV. Curl up and relax in front of the TV after a day at the beach or exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. The contemporary kitchen has been equipped to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay or to pack a light lunch for on the go. Head up on to the first floor and you will find your en-suite master bedroom. There s a double bed and wardrobe storage and the en-suite has a walk-in shower basin and WC. This light tranquil space provides an ideal space to get some well-earned rest during your stay.
