With magnificent cathedral and a medieval castle in the uphill historic Bailgate area by the famous Steep Hill. To the east lies the county s best-kept secret The Lincolnshire Wolds with rolling hills and picturesque villages. The golden sands of the Lincolnshire coast can be found further east. If you enjoy golf there is a 9 hole golf course within a mile of the cottage with restaurant and bar and a top pro course at Woodhall Spa and Blackley 6 miles away. Ten pin bowling a short drive away. Watch some racing at Cadwell Park and if you re lucky you will see some planes from RAF Waddington. There is a footpath close to the cottage which wanders through the nearby countryside. Step into the hallway of this semi-detached cottage where you will find a dresser and array of leaflets with things to do during your stay you will sure get some inspiration here. The spacious lounge/kitchen/diner is bright and airy and has patio doors that lead to the hot tub. The kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a storm and offers an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer with nearby farmhouse style dining table. There is also a washing machine. Put your feet up on the reclining sofas with something good on the TV and relax after a long day. The first king size bedroom is warm and inviting with an en-suite shower room and WC and second king size bedroom overlooks the fields to the rear of the property and has an en-suite bathroom and WC. Outside there is a hot tub which benefits from gazebos as well as bluetooth and mood lights situated at the rear of the property overlooking the Wolds. The garden is complete with dining table and chairs perfect for dining alfresco. There is also a large grassed area to the side of the cottage which has a kids play area with swings slides and climbing frame. The garden is great for garden games and stretching the dog s legs. There is off-road parking for two cars and bike storage available. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 2 king size. 1 en suite bathroom and 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Hot tub with Bluetooth & mood lights and has a gazebo covering. Electric and central heating included. Cot & Highchair provided. Off road parking for 2 cars. 1 dog welcome (2 dogs maybe considered with prior arrangement with the owner). Kids play set with swings, slides and climbing frame. Pub and shop 3 miles. Bike storage available. Enclosed rear garden. TV in lounge.
