The beautiful Rutland Water is just 15 miles away offering fishing water sports and 24 miles of biking and walking trails and the all-weather family theme park Twin Lakes is 5 miles away. Eye Kettleby Lakes Clubhouse is a short walk away offering breakfast lunch evening drinks and entertainment and the Off the Beaten Path Coffee Shop is nearby. Take a few steps up into the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
