Beautifully situated on the cliff top above Freshwater Bay this property enjoys spectacular sea views of the bay and south coast. Set out on foot to explore the stunning coastline as you follow the coastal path towards the Needles at the western tip of the island or simply step down onto the bay below for a morning swim. A leisurely stroll will bring you to the local pub tearoom and cafe while an easy drive will take you to the town of Freshwater where you will find a wider range of amenities. Inside the accommodation is modern and bright with an open plan layout and plenty of charming original features retained. Prepare romantic meals for two in the contemporary kitchen which includes everything you should need during your stay including an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and door that opens onto the garden. Once prepared continue through to the inviting lounge/diner where you will find a dining table and chairs sofa for two Smart TV and a fantastic modern wood burner set into a charming brick fireplace. This impressive brick fireplace is the separation between the lounge and the bedroom. The double bedroom is light and airy with cosy rugs an occasional chair plenty of hanging space and a door opening onto the garden perfect for those summer mornings. One step down you will find the wet room with a shower (narrows to 2ft wide). There is also a separate WC with large wash basin. The property is surrounded by large private gardens extending to the nearby cliff edge. A wooden table and chairs offers a delightful spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening drink with a simply breath-taking view. Need to know: Bedroom 1 double. 1 wet room with shower, 1 separate WC with wash basin. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box compartment. Smart TV in the lounge.
