Set deep in the heart of The New Forest with ponies and cattle grazing up to the gate the wildlife in the area surrounding the property is spectacular. With plenty of walking and cycle routes straight from the doorstep and with easy access to plenty of quaint villages to explore the property is ideally located for an outdoor holiday. If you need to pick up a few essentials Ringwood is a six mile drive away with a large Waitrose Sainsburys and independent shops. For a pub lunch or evening refreshment you ll find four local pubs. A fantastic bolthole for bringing the whole family together there is plenty of space charming exposed beams and elegant décor. With charming character features and original limestone fireplaces the property boasts a relaxing rural environment. The vaulted beamed kitchen is equipped with all the essential and has a large oak table that is great for social breakfasts or head into the dining room suitable for more formal dining. The living room has a open fire place and panoramic views of the gardens plus plenty of space for relaxing. A separate snug room acts as a great space the children to play or for cosying up with a good book. There is a handy boot room for storing your wellies and coats. Also on the ground floor you can find a shower room with a large walk in shower and WC and just off the entrance hall there is a utility area with a washing machine. First floor accommodation features a master bedroom with super king-size bed dressing room and an en-suite with roll top bath corner shower WC and twin basins. The second bedroom has a double bed and a spacious en-suite with a bath shower and WC. This en-suite can also be accessed from the hallway. There are a further two bedrooms on the first floor both containing zip and links beds which can be configured as two single beds or a as a double bed each. The family bathroom on the first floor comprises a corner shower bath and WC. Upstairs to the second floor are a further two more bedrooms one with a double bed and one with one single bed. There is a spare pull out bed underneath the single. An additional shower room can be located on the second floor with walk in shower and a WC. The patio has a bbq and garden furniture ideal for picnics or al fresco dining and well behaved dogs are welcome to join groups on their holidays by prior arrangement. In addition guests will also have an easy opportunity to take trips to historic market towns such as Ringwood (7.5 miles) and Salisbury (12.5 miles) offering an array of fantastic shops cafés and restaurants. There is the convenience of four pubs within a mile all serving delicious food to enjoy. Upon entering this home you will immediately notice the unique nature mural design which spreads throughout the property. First off you will come to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has everything you need including an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and coffee machine which you can use to make a warming morning brew to enjoy at the breakfast bar. Making your way through to the lounge space you will find two stylish sofas a Smart TV and a wood burner (kindling and logs provided). There are even some handy dog towels here to clean off pets so they can fully relax too. Moving through the hallway will bring you past the spacious bathroom complete with a bath separate waterfall double-ended shower and WC and finally onto the bedroom which screams comfort with a king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe space for guests to use. You can make your way to the rear enclosed garden via the French doors in the lounge from the bedroom or even a gated entrance to the left of the home. This outdoor space continues the theme of luxury with guests having access to their own private hot tub outdoor seating and BBQ on the patio space and a grassed area too. There is also the added benefit of a shed where guests can store bikes when required. There is private parking for two cars.
