Back through the kitchen you will find the lounge with the inglenook fireplace and wood burner taking centre stage surrounded by comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch TV. Up the stairs to the first floor there is a shower room with shower and WC with natural light flooding through the sun tunnel. There are three spacious bedrooms all with lovely views two doubles and one twin. There is a television in each bedroom. At the rear of the property is a paved patio with private hot tub perfect to unwind after a full day out. The walled garden has grassy banks gravelled areas and paving to enjoy al fresco dining with table chairs charcoal BBQ and lovely views over the farm rolling countryside and towards Bala lake. There is private parking for three cars at the property. Please note this farmhouse is located on a working farm with cattle sheep and horses although your privacy is assured.
