Situated perfectly for exploring South Devon venture to the market town of Totnes (10 miles) and explore its unique independent shops and cafes. Slightly further afield is the ever-popular town of Salcombe (13 miles) where you can enjoy water sports and boat trips and taste locally caught seafood. Approach this gorgeous bolthole barn and enter via the French doors leading into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Snuggle up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the TV with Freesat while recharging your batteries from a long day exploring. A stylish kitchen provides everything you need to cook up a traditional breakfast including an electric oven halogen hob fridge with ice compartment microwave and dishwasher and is also equipped with a washing machine. Enjoy an evening meal around the dining table while reflecting on the day s activities.
