The property is accessed via some external steps up to an enclosed courtyard and the front door. Step into the stylishly designed kitchen. There is an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer and microwave plus all the crockery and cooking utensils you could need to rustle up a hearty breakfast to start the day or a picnic for a day at the beach. Just off the kitchen is the open-plan dining area which leads through to the lounge.
