This property is situated in a village location just three miles from the town of Brigend in South Wales. There is plenty to see and do in the area whatever visitors interests are. Stairs lead up to the restful elegantly styled bedroom on the first floor where a king-size bed sits under the exposed beams. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a shower-over-bath and WC. A door from the kitchen leads out to enclosed garden to the rear of the property which is mainly set to lawn and has a raised decked area with garden furniture in the centre. Roadside parking to the front of the property. Shop and pub within walking distance, beach 6 miles.
