The walled town of Pembroke is 2 miles away and has a variety of shops pubs cafés and restaurants. Within 8 miles Barafundle Beach is a little bit of paradise whilst Freshwater West (11 miles) is a great place for surfers. History enthusiasts will love Upton Castle which stands within gardens extending over 35 acres and the magnificent Carew Castle and Tidal Mill both within 5 miles. Folly Farm and Zoo 10 miles away has a variety of rides and a zoo of animals whilst Heatherton World of Activities is within 8 miles and offers carting paintballing and treetop trails. Compact yet practical this ground floor apartment makes a cosy bolthole for two yet with a further single room can easily host a small family. Two dogs are welcome too so you can make sure the whole family comes along. The open-plan living space is ideal for coming together at the end of a busy day resting walk-weary limbs on the sofa. Enter into this magnificent farmhouse comprehensively refurbished in 2022 through a handy boot room where you can kick off your shoes after a busy day exploring. Step into the beautiful lounge which boasts a traditional stone fireplace with a wood burner set at its heart. There is comfortable seating for eight to ten people making this a delightful area to relax and unwind in front of the TV. From the lounge head through to the games room perfect for younger members of the family with pool table and other assorted items providing entertainment and fun throughout your stay. Leading on from here you start to see the impressive renovations that have been made to the Farmhouse which boats a large dining room and the most fabulous kitchen which is the real heart of this beautiful home. Flooded with natural light there is a dining table which overlooks the lawns and open fields to the rear of the property this is an entertaining space which is large enough to accommodate the whole family. The brand new 2022 kitchen is both inviting and practical with double oven two dishwashers American style fridge freezer wine chiller microwave and further seating so it has everything you require to cook up those delicious meals. On the ground floor of the property there is also a utility room with washing machine and downstairs WC and the added bonus of a downstairs double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A beautiful wooden staircase takes you up to the first floor sleeping accommodation with five spacious bedrooms of which 4 boast en-suite bathrooms plus the main family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The master bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed and an en-suite shower room and WC. There are a further two king-size bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and WCs and a further two twin rooms one of them with en-suite. Two travel cots are available upon request. Outside there is a large enclosed garden to the rear with newly installed wood fired hot tub with a patio garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ with mature trees and shrubs with fields beyond making this a beautiful family space and the perfect spot to entertain. There is ample parking for six cars. Need to know: 6 Bedrooms 1 four poster king size, 2 king size and 2 twins plus double bedroom downstairs. Sleeps 12. 1 Bathroom and 4 en suite shower rooms. Games room with pool table, books, games and selection of DVD's. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Ample private parking for 6 cars. 2 Dogs welcome. Hot tub. Beaches 3.5 miles, shops 2 miles and pub 1.5 miles. Charcoal BBQ available. Ground floor WC.
