Cliff Top Holiday Park is located within the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and really does offer something for everyone. Its unique landscape offers walkers and cyclists a memorable stay and nature lovers will be in their element with being just a short drive from RSPB Minsmere which features on BBC Springwatch where you an array of wildlife include some of the UK s rarest birds. The park itself has a new restaurant along with a bar shop and a children s play area complete with a caged football pitch. A forty-five-minute car journey will take you to Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park which provides a fantastic family day out. You enter this traditional Suffolk semi-detached cottage through the front door where you arrive in the kitchen area which has an electric oven and gas hob a microwave fridge with ice compartment a dishwasher and washing machine and once a hearty meal has been prepared then serve up in the dining room next door which can seat up to six guests. The lounge area is cosy and comfortable with two sofas and a TV so kick back after a day of exploring the area. Completing the layout downstairs is a WC. Heading up the steep cottage style stairs you will find the master bedroom which has a double bed with a TV bedroom two is a twin room with storage space and both bedrooms have access to a Jack and Jill family shower room and WC. The outside garden and patio area is enclosed and comes with garden furniture a brick BBQ and your very own private hot tub which you can look forward to sinking into on a cooler evening. There is off road parking for two cars at the front of the cottage. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 Jack and Jill shower room with shower and WC and 1 separate WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with ice compartment. TV in the lounge and master bedroom. Travel cot and highchair on request. Enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Private hot tub. Off road parking for 2 cars.
