This large semi-detached farmhouse is set in a large courtyard of similar properties surrounded by fields mountains and forest. Beautiful walks to enjoy with the Llanllwni Mountain in full view. The Brechfa Forest is a short drive with lovely walks and picnic spots. For coastal lovers the seaside delights and sandy beaches of New Quay Llangrannog and Aberporth are well worth a visit offering boat trips water sports and a host of shops pubs and eateries. A little further along is Aberaeron famous for the colourful palette of its harbourside buildings. Llandysul is just a 15 minute drive with independent shops and river walks to enjoy. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter the spacious hallway where there is a good-sized lounge to your left with ample comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. To the opposite side of the hallway is a single bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe space. Further along the hall is the open-plan kitchen/diner. This extremely social space is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob dishwasher freezer fridge and microwave. The dining area has a large table and chairs where everyone can enjoy a family get-together and has doors to the rear outside space. This room leads to a utility room with a washing machine tumble dryer and freezer and also leads to a shower room with shower and WC. Stairs from the main hallway head up to the first floor with the remaining sleeping accommodation where there is a further four bedrooms. A master super-king-size bedroom with lovely views two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request) and a further single bedroom. This floor also has a contemporary bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Outside there is a raised patio to the fore of the property with rattan furniture and to the rear is a super space all enclosed with a decked area with furniture accessed straight from the dining room. This area leads to a BBQ area with a charcoal BBQ and up some steps to a large raised lawn area perfect for those wishing to burn off some energy. This lovely dog-friendly cottage is adjacent to the farmhouse on a 250-acre organic farm with private woodlands and a freshwater stream perfect for paddling. It is situated on top of Llanllwni mountain with stunning panoramic views of Mid Wales. The village of Llanllwni itself is 3.9 miles away and has a village shop and pub. Great for dog walking and mountain biking and close to the renowned Brechfa Forest with the stunning beaches and coves of Cardigan Bay just 22 miles away. Llanllwni mountain is also a dark-sky location that is perfect for stargazing. The cottage is accessed via a farm track of approx. 1.5 miles. This makes the property very special being a complete escape to the country however it may not be suitable for low-wheel-based vehicles. You enter this welcoming property into the conservatory which is a lovely place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery. The galley kitchen is just off the conservatory which has a breakfast bar and everything required to cook up a delicious meal. The utility room and the ground floor shower room is just off the kitchen area. The lounge/dining room has a comfortable large leather corner suite a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner with plenty of logs provided in the lounge area. A perfect place for relaxing after a long day exploring the rural surroundings. Sit around and enjoy a meal together or enjoy a good card game. On the first floor you will find the master double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. Llandovery (18.6 miles) is on the edge of the Bannau Brycheiniog in a pretty little market town where you can enjoy browsing boutique shops and independent cafes. Should you wish to witness some of Carmarthenshire s stunning coastline Llangrannog provides a great day with its golden sandy beach and interesting caves to view. Step through the front door into the generously sized entrance hall where there is plenty of space to store your coats and shoes. From here you can access the main lounge area where you can unwind in front of the wood burner after a busy day of explorations. From the lounge you can access the spacious kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a tasty meal to fuel the troops. This room leads onto the utility room and a handy downstairs shower room.
