The Wolds scenery is breath-taking with rolling chalk hills and valleys situated south of the North Yorkshire Moors a place you will want to return to time and time again. The cottage is approached via the garden and down a pathway. Step inside the back entrance which welcomes you with a warm open-plan kitchen/ lounge and seating area. Head through to the kitchen with all the appliances you need to create a home-cooked meal including an electric oven two fridge/freezers microwave and dishwasher. Gather around the extending table which will comfortably fit everyone around. The lounge room is furnished with comfy sofas and armchairs curl up on the sofa and watch a movie or simply play a board game. Before you head upstairs to the first floor you will find a useful utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs are four well-appointed spacious bedrooms and offer beautiful views across the neighbouring fields. You can choose from two twin rooms a double or a king-size bed. Each room is linked with a full Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a shower over bath and WC. Outside you will find a large enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture to the rear of the property perfect for a family BBQ or enjoying a quiet morning with your cup of coffee.
