A stone coaching hotel on Main Street in the middle of Kirkby Lonsdale, five minutes' walk from the Radical Steps and Ruskin's View. The hotel states plainly that all of its public areas, including the restaurant and the bar, are dog friendly, and it keeps seven dog-friendly bedrooms. Dogs cannot be added to an online booking, so a room with a dog has to be arranged by phone or email with the reservations team. Food runs all day from noon, with a bar open from eleven.
