Gorleston-on-Sea is a charming quiet small seaside town with something for everyone offering a stunning bay with a wide curving beach together with pubs restaurants cafes traditional amusements and theatre with an all-year-round programme. Take a stroll along the promenade with its spectacular views or perhaps for thrill-seekers Great Yarmouth is 3 miles away with its Pleasure Beach offering an array of rides including a large rollercoaster as well as Sealife World and the Marina Centre. The historic cathedral city of Norwich is just 20 miles away for another great day out. The famous Broads are a short drive away while Gorleston Golf Club is close by and offers a warm welcome to visitors. An entrance porch leads into the coastal-theme living areas which on the ground floor include a charming lounge with sofas a Smart TV and a wood burner for cosy nights in. The kitchen has everything you will need for a home away from home feel and the dining table seats four people comfortably perfect for any mealtime. Upstairs there is a lovely double bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage space. The second delightful bedroom is fitted with bunk beds and is ideal for children. A family bathroom with a large walk-in shower completes this wonderful coastal retreat. There is an enclosed courtyard area with patio furniture for enjoying warm evenings outside. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 shower room with walk in shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Highchair available on request. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Smart TV/DVD. Enclosed courtyard with patio furniture. On street parking (free and subject to availability). There is room at the cottage for bike storage. Plenty of local amenities within a couple of hundred yards including fishmonger, pub, cafes, fish and chips, takeaways and a selection of small independent shops. The high street is within ten minutes walk, as is a supermarket, cinema and a range of shops.. The beach and its promenade are just a few minutes away. Dogs are welcome on the beach all year round although, during the summer months, one small part of the beach is reserved as a dog free area.. Please note there are some steep stairs in the cottage.
