Dunford Bridge · 1 checked
Somewhere to sleep that actually means "dogs welcome" — bowls out, no hidden surcharge surprises.
Three barn-conversion cottages on a working hill farm at 1,250 feet on Windleden Lane, between Winscar Reservoir and the Windleden reservoirs above Dunford Bridge, converted in 2020. Two of the three take dogs and the terms are published in detail rather than left vague, which is unusual and worth having. The Trans Pennine Trail at Dunford Bridge is under two miles away and Langsett is a short drive east. Being this high, the weather is the main variable.

ADD A PLACEKnow one we have missed?
Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
