Or visit the site of the Scottish Beaver Trial to try and spot these elusive creatures. Visit clan seats castles and ruins throughout the area. Take a trip to Kilmartin Museum and see the standing stones and cairns which make this such a special place. Or for the energetic head to Dunadd Fort where the ancient kings of Scotland were crowned and put your foot in the footprint to declare yourself king (or queen) for the day! The ferry from Tarbert is only a short drive away and you can catch take the boat across to Portavadie which is a lovely day out! Entering the lodge you will find the large bright open plan lounge and kitchen with dual aspect views across Loch Fyne. The kitchen area has a electric oven and hob microwave and washing machine. There is a TV and DVD in the lounge with patio doors which open up onto the verandah this is a great place to sit back and relax after a day out exploring! Leaving the lounge the bathroom and separate bathroom with shower over bath can be found the hallway leads you to the bedroom with bunkbeds which are suitable for adults there is also a lovely double and twin bedroom. Venturing Outside there is a lovely veranda with patio furniture and a BBQ. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin and 1 room with bunk beds. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and seperate WC. Kitchen gas oven and hob, microwave, washing machine & fridge freezer . Towels available to hire. 2nd dog welcome under pre negotiation. Smart TV with DVD in lounge. There is ample parking in front of the lodge. Shops and restaurant 2 miles away.

To the front of the lodge is the kitchen with dining area electric oven and hob microwave washing machine and tumble dryer there are French doors which open up through to the lounge. The bright lounge has TV and patio doors which open up onto the decking area which sits on the edge of Loch Fyne with stunning views whatever the weather. Venturing outside there is covered decking around the side of the lodge which is ideal whatever the weather to sit out and watch the sun go down after a day out exploring!
