A short drive from the property you ll find the historic market town of Barnstaple and its array of pubs shops restaurants cinema and a theatre and Braunton in the other direction a smaller yet pretty village with a range of shops and restaurants plus close to the Braunton Burrows and Crow Point. The long sandy beaches of Westward Ho! Saunton and Croyde are also within easy reach and are popular surfing spots if you enjoy watersports. The property is located close to some of the UK s most popular cycle routes bike hire is available in nearby Braunton. Step through the front door of the property and into the hallway with a handy WC and utility room that houses the washing machine. Step up into the well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The lounge area has a large corner sofa with a Smart TV. A cupboard houses a selection of board games and puzzles.
