In the spring and summertime the cliffs at Bempton host important numbers of breeding seabirds which is only a short drive away. The popular seaside towns of Filey Bridlington and Scarborough are close by why not take a tour of one of the local lighthouses or enjoy a trip to sea on an old fishing cobble? Venture slightly further afield and you can discover Beverley Minster and the historic city of York. Step inside this well laid out cottage where the owners have created a spacious and light retreat with all your home comforts. Walk through to the open-plan kitchen area with all the appliances you could need to rustle up a hearty meal with an electric hob/oven fridge dishwasher and chest freezer. Enjoy your meal at the dining table over a well-deserved glass of wine. Located beside the kitchen is a handy utility room with a washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a spacious twin bedroom (can be a super-king-size zip-and-link bed on request) and an en-suite wet room with a shower and WC. Head upstairs to the first floor and unwind in the lounge on the large red corner sofa and pick a film to watch on the wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom offers another super-king-size zip-and-link bed and plenty of storage for clothes plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Take your morning coffee out to the garden and take in your rural surroundings. Your dog is free to run about in the enclosed garden. Parking is provided at the back of the garden for two cars.
