Famously eccentric thatched seafood restaurant on Dishforth Road at Asenby, its rooms crammed with memorabilia. Dogs are very welcome in the bar and on the outside terrace for a drink or a bite, though since August 2025 they can no longer stay overnight in the bedrooms. One of the vale's destination meals, so book.
