Danby · 1 checked & stamped
Fires, flagstones and no side-eye at the bar. Every pub below lets the dog in — and we say exactly which rooms.
An ivy-clad inn of 1732 on Danby's village green, once a recruiting post during the Napoleonic Wars, with beamed bars and an open fire. Dogs are welcome in the bar, and up to two well-behaved dogs can stay in two of the eight bedrooms with prior notice for a small nightly charge. Ideally placed for the Esk Valley line, Danby Beacon and the Moors Centre.
Know a Danby pub, cafe or place to stay that lets dogs in? Tell us and we will go and check it.
ADD A PLACEKnow one we have missed?
Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
