A Grade II listed former roadhouse by the Tutt bridge, listed on CAMRA's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors with the maximum three stars for its original stained glass and mock-Tudor front. Pub DOGS WELCOME

The Anchor Inn

YO51 9BP
No reviews yet

A proper community local a short walk from the River Ure, with an L-shaped carpeted bar at the front and a further room through an archway with a high table for standing drinkers. Dogs are welcome in the bar with no restrictions, which makes it a sensible first stop after a turn along the riverside. Unfussy, well used by villagers and quiet enough for a settled dog.
