The beach at the end of the mile-long pinewood bank from Wells quay, with the beach huts on stilts and sand running west towards Holkham. There is no dog control order here at all: Wells is not one of the nine beaches North Norfolk District Council restricts, so dogs are free all twelve months. Watch the tide, which fills the creeks behind you quickly.
