Old Hunstanton · 1 checked & stamped
Sand status, settled. Each beach carries its month ring — moss means go, rosehip means the council says no.
The quiet end of Hunstanton, north of the striped cliffs, with dunes, the lifeboat station and firm sand at low water. The borough's dog exclusion stops at the northern end of the Hunstanton promenade, so Old Hunstanton is open to dogs the whole year while the town beach is shut for seven months of it. Beach Road car park is the usual way in.
Know a Old Hunstanton pub, cafe or place to stay that lets dogs in? Tell us and we will go and check it.
ADD A PLACEKnow one we have missed?
Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
