Dog-friendly attractions in Bodmin

Forestry England valley woodland east of Bodmin, with four waymarked trails along the Cardinham Water and mountain-bike routes above. Dogs are welcome throughout and there is a card-operated dog wash by the car park, plus waste bins along the walking trails. Keep them close by and in sight rather than roaming.

Georgian county gaol on the edge of Bodmin, now an immersive walk-through museum with the execution shed intact. Dogs are more than welcome in the courtyard, the Moor Café and the gift shop, but not in the main attraction itself because of the way the museum experience works.
