Long golden sands can be found at Devon s Westward Ho beach or Cornwall s Bude beaches (both 18 miles). The fishing villages of Appledore (15 miles) and Clovelly (14.5 miles) are both worth a visit and home to such attractions as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks. Water sports enthusiasts will love the North Devon Wake Park (12.5 miles) where you can experience paddle boarding wakeboarding or the Aqua Park that hosts inflatable slides climbing frames and obstacles. Nearby there is traffic-free walking route the Tarka Trail which is also a great choice for cyclists and dog walkers. Stepping into this spacious upside-down property and entering via the ground floor where all three of the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated you will find a master bedroom with a super king-size bed zip and link and French doors that open onto a front patio area. This room overlooks the garden and also has a lovely en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms one king-size and one a king size bedroom with additional single bed and the family bathroom completes this floor. Up the stairs on the first floor you can fully appreciate the amazing views.
