No contract. Cancel any time from your own dashboard — your listing stays live to the end of the period you have paid for.
We check every claim by hand. If we cannot confirm you run this venue we refund you in full, usually within two working days.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see your card. Your listing does not change until a human has approved the claim. Claiming never changes your verdict — the stamp is editorial and stays ours.
