Located in the pretty hamlet of Llidiad-Nenog on the edge of the beautiful Brechfa Forest. A wonderful area for walking with breath-taking views. The cottage is surrounded by fields yet it is well placed for visits to Cenarth Falls Llandysul and the market town of Carmarthen. The Ceredigion coast is well worth the drive taking you to the delights of Aberporth with sandy beaches and boat trips offering some dolphin spotting and colourful Aberaeron with a range of independent shops and restaurants. Great cycling opportunities for the more active and a great venue for those looking to enjoy a bit of relaxation too. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter the large welcoming room which has a tiled floor perfect for leaving your boots and bikes. There is also a separate WC at the end of this room with a utility area with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer. Head up two steps into the fabulous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This large semi-detached farmhouse is set in a large courtyard of similar properties surrounded by fields mountains and forest. Beautiful walks to enjoy with the Llanllwni Mountain in full view. The Brechfa Forest is a short drive with lovely walks and picnic spots. This lovely dog-friendly cottage is adjacent to the farmhouse on a 250-acre organic farm with private woodlands and a freshwater stream perfect for paddling. It is situated on top of Llanllwni mountain with stunning panoramic views of Mid Wales. The village of Llanllwni itself is 3.9 miles away and has a village shop and pub. Great for dog walking and mountain biking and close to the renowned Brechfa Forest with the stunning beaches and coves of Cardigan Bay just 22 miles away. Llanllwni mountain is also a dark-sky location that is perfect for stargazing. The cottage is accessed via a farm track of approx. 1.5 miles. This makes the property very special being a complete escape to the country however it may not be suitable for low-wheel-based vehicles. You enter this welcoming property into the conservatory which is a lovely place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery. The galley kitchen is just off the conservatory which has a breakfast bar and everything required to cook up a delicious meal. The utility room and the ground floor shower room is just off the kitchen area. Should you wish to witness some of Carmarthenshire s stunning coastline Llangrannog provides a great day with its golden sandy beach and interesting caves to view. Step through the front door into the generously sized entrance hall where there is plenty of space to store your coats and shoes. From here you can access the main lounge area where you can unwind in front of the wood burner after a busy day of explorations.
